I’ve been a vegetarian for 12 years, and “went vegan” about five years ago. I’ve lived in Phoenix for 13 years, and have seen the area grow to be more vegan-friendly every year. We’re not LA, Portland or NY yet, but we’re trying. Let me know if you hear of more vegan options in town!
